Ragu

1.5 onions
3 garlic cloves
(some mushrooms)
2 carrots
2 celery
500g beef mince (lightly salted)

1 can (400ml) chopped tomatoes with juice
300ml beef stock

1.5 tablespoons of sun-dried tomato mince
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1. Sautee beef mince, breaking up bits, remove from heat
2. Mince onions, garlic, carrots, celery finely and sauté till soft 
3. add everything into instant pot
4. High pressure for 20min, quick release steam
5. sauté till excess water evaporated
6. Refrigerate overnight for more intense flavor
