Creamy leak and mushroom pasta



3 leeks - chopped
5 mushrooms - sliced
1/4 onion - chopped
grinds of lemon zest and 1/4 lemon juice
Cream - 2 tablespoons of butter and 100mL milk, 2 tablespoons of sour cream

1. Peel outer layer off the leeks, chop to small pieces (use all whites and light green, a little of dark green)
2. Saute onion, then leeks till tender, around 8-10min
3. add mushrooms
4. add cream
5. Add spaghetti
6. Add lemon zest and lemon juice
7. Serve with salt and pepper

N.B.: a little too dry, can try with more cream sauce. T: can try with blue cheese sauce and walnuts next time
