Thai mango stew

A magic sauce to go with anything
Original recipe was for chicken but can be made vegetarian

- 2 mangoes
- 2-3 kaffir lime leaves (scissored into slices)
- 1.5 red chilli
- juice of 1 deseeded lemon
- 3 cloves of sliced garlic
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- (1 tbsp fish sauce)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Pulse till smooth
Add water if too thick
