Satay Chicken
Chicken - 6 pieces of tenderloin
Marinate:
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Cayenne pepper
- Curry powder
- Salt, black pepper
==> Marinate for 6 hours and pan fry (remove coconut milk if don't want it to be too burnt!)
Satay:
- 2 heap tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice (lime)
- 1/2 lemon juice (lime)
- (Fish sauce..)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
==> Whisk together in slow heat (Will dry and burn easily! Slow heat)
