Greek chicken wraps



Chicken
500g chicken, thinly sliced
Marinated in olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt; 3 hours to overnight
panfried

Tzatziki
Greek Yoghurt 1 cup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 clove of minced garlic
2 baby cucumbers, thinly shaved and squeeze water out as much as possible
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper

Flatbread wrap
3 tablespoon of melted butter
180mL milk
300g flour - all purpose / wheat
1 tsp salt
1. Melt butter with milk
2. Mix with flour, knead till smooth for 3min
3. Cover in clingfilm and rest 1/2 hour
4. divide into 6. Roll each out ~ 7" circle
5. Panfry medium high. Flip with bubbles form. No need for extra oil for frying. (very fast, as soon as the next one is rolled out it'll have dark spots already!)
