Creamy celery soup with blue cheese

4-5 stalks of celery
1 carrot
2 tablespoons of sour cream
850ml water + chicken broth base
1/2 box blue cheese
1/2 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
salt
1 piece of bay leave

1. Medium heat - oil in pot. Fry onions till translucent. Add garlics. Celery and carrot.
2. Add water, chicken broth. Boil for 15-20min
3. Cool soup. Blend
4. Add back to pot, add in sour cream and blue cheese
5. Serve with bread, flatbread. Better hot than cold.
