Flatbread / Naan

1 cup flour
1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
some salt
1 tsp baking powder

1. Mix everything into a dough.
2. Wrap in cling film and chill for 20min
3. Flour to table. Divide into 3 balls. Roll into 1/2 inch thick (a little bigger than a palm)
4. Medium to high heat. Oil to saucepan. Heat flatbread 1-2min per side
5. Keep warm in oven if required.

** ?? proportion of flour to yoghurt... Seems too sticky / wet
