2 red peppers
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
Ricotta / cottage cheese
1. Chop and grill at preheated oven at 180c for 30min
2. Blend with ~50ml water
3. Season, add thyme
4. Serve with ricotta / cottage cheese
