Instapot beef ribs in homemade BBQ sauce



Beef ribs:
- 1 rack beef ribs (remove membrane)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup apple juice

1. Remove beef ribs membrane
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Coat the ribs with dry ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour
4. line ribs on top of the trivet
5. Pour in apple juice / apple cider vinegar
6. Manual high for 25min, then natural release
7. Preheat oven 200C and baste in BBQ sauce for 10-15min

BBQ sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
--> mix and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes
