Creamy spinach
25g butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoon plain flour
Nutmeg
300mL milk + butter (cream)
1. Cook onion in heated butter until softened
2. Add flour
3. Stir in milk + butter (cream)
4. pour boiling water over washed spinach in a colander x2 until wilted
5. Stir spinach into cream
6. Nutmeg, salt and pepper
