Brussel sprouts in black garlic sauce

 Finally a new taste to the brussel sprouts recipe

Sauce inspired by ottolenghi, but not quite. Ottolenghi isn't saucy enough for Mr T.

Sauce: Blend 1 teaspoon mustard, 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon agave syrup, salt, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, 1 dash of balsamic vinegar, 4 cloves black olives, 1 teaspoon of sumac.
