Mediterranean chicken in Fire roasted sweet pepper sauce
800g Chicken breasts: marinated in salt, pepper, chicken stock, oregano, thyme
1 jar fire roasted sweet pepper + 1 onion + 3 garlic
4 black olives
60g feta cheese
1. Cook onion, garlic. Then blend with sweet peppers (3 in the jar)
2. Cook the chicken breasts on stovetop
3. Stir in blended sweet pepper sauce
4. Chop up black olives and feta cheese. Add in sauce
