紫蘿牛肉
- several pieces of pineapple (chopped - soaked briefly in salted water)
- 1/2 yellow / green pepper (chopped)
- 1 指天椒 (deseeded and chopped)
- 2 garlic (chopped)
- several 子薑
- beef slices (skirt) - marinated in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce + 1 tb sugar + 2 tsp corn starch for 15min
Sauce: 1 tb soy sauce, 1 tb brown sugar, 1 tb water, 1 tb ketchup, 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1. Fry beef slices (without overlapping) and remove from wok
2. sauté garlic with hot chilli. Add yellow pepper and pineapple. Add sauce. Add beef. Add 子薑.
Served with rice and veg.
