Fresh corn soup
3 kernels of Fresh corn
1 cup of Broth
1/2 Onion
1 small Potato
3 tablespoons of Cottage cheese / milk
1. Sautee onion
2. Boil broth
3. Cut corn, potatoes; add into broth with onions and one kernel skeleton. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes
4. Season with salt. Whisk in cottage cheese.
5. Blend till creamy
6. Serve hot / cold
