Spaghetti with yoghurt dill sauce and walnuts
1. Spaghetti
2. 1 cup of plain yoghurt
3. Herbs: dill, parsley; salt and pepper
4. 1/2 lemon juice
5. 3 cloves garlic
6. Handful of walnuts
7. splash of light cream / 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese / sour cream
1. Mince garlic. Lightly sautéed.
2. Warm chopped up walnuts in light oil drizzle.
3. Mix yoghurt, herbs, lemon juice, cooked garlic, cottage cheese. Season.
